 | Susan K. Lewis age 36 of Birnamwood, WI died Sunday, February 8, 2009 in a motor vehicle accident. She was born July 22, 1972 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Dale Hogan and Joan Wirtz. Susan also had her husband Paul Lewis he survived the crash. She had 3 lovely daughters Peyton Lewis, Paige Lewis, and Sommer Lewis and Paul had a different daughter and her name was Serina Lewis. I love and miss her alot. |
